Our CrossFit program requires all new members to complete our Fundamentals Beginner program.
This program is four 1:1 sessions with a senior coach. These sessions take you through all the fundamental movements necessary in order to get into our regular CrossFit classes. This program allows us the time to get to know you, what your goals are, what has worked for you in the past and what hasn't and why you're coming to us for something new. We're here to work with you every step of the way, and our fundamentals program is our on-ramp to get you ready to rock!
