For time:
- 20 Deadlifts (275/185)
- 400m Run
- 20 Hang squat cleans (225/135)
- 400m Run
- 20 Shoulder to overhead (185/115)
- 400m Run
- 20 Power snatch (135/95)
- 400m Run
- 20 Overhead squats (95/65)
*Split the reps however you would like. Both partners will run 400m together.
