A. Every 2 minutes for 20:00
- 1 Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk

B. Every 3 minutes:
- 9 Deadlifts (115/75)
- 6 Hang power cleans (115/75)
- 3 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
*Complete all reps unbroken each time/Add 10lbs total each set until failure*
