Even - 8-10 Handstand push ups
Odd - 10-12 Tall box jumps

B. 4 Rounds
- 3 minutes of rowing or airdyne for distance
- 2 minutes of double unders
- 1 minute of ring dips/muscle ups
3:00 Rest between rounds
