*Try to match your weight from the previous week with the extra set

B. AMRAP 8
- 8 KB Sumo deadlift high pulls
- 50' Goblet lunges
- 8 Ball slams
- 50' Goblet lunges

C. "Pull up/dip complex"
- Use a vest if appropriate
