- 50 Box jumps
- 50 Jumping pull ups
- 50 KB swings
- 50 Walking lunges
- 50 Knees to elbows
- 50 Push press
- 50 Supermans*
- 50 Wall balls
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double unders

*In place of back extensions

STRENGTH:
With remaining time HAP snatch
