- 10 Dips
AMRAP 7
- 8 Handstand pushups (deficit if possible)
- 8 Toes to bar

WOD:
5 Rounds
- 12 Barbell lunges (115/75) *Front or back rack
- 10 Push press
- 2 Burpee over bar every time you drop the bar
