At Crossfit St. Catharines our well-rounded, competent coaches will improve these skills while maintaining a safe and controlled environment. Our programming allows for a way to develop the athlete with technique driven training that promotes kinaesthetic awareness, midline stability, and prevents injuries.
Athletes will work individually and in groups to promote team building. It’s not only important for the athletes to learn about themselves and develop physically but our goal is also to work alongside the coach’s foundation to develop the mental game too.
