If you are NEW to CrossFit we require that you take our FUNdamentals Program.
This program will be the first week of your first month membership and is three classes. Over the course of these classes you will be introduced to all of the foundational movements that we use during CrossFit workouts. This includes barbell movements, body weight (gymnastics) movements, and other functional exercises.
This program allows us the coaches, to get to know you - your goals, challenges, likes/dislikes about exercise and fitness, why you are coming to us and exactly what we can do to help you grow and crush those goals!
It also gives you the opportunity to meet all the coaches, get used to the layout of the facility and class structure and learn a bit of the lingo we use so you aren't feeling overwhelmed when you get into regular classes.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 7:00am OR 4:30pm
