If you are NEW to CrossFit we require that you take our FUNdamentals On Ramp Program.
Our Fundamentals program is three 1:1 personal sessions with a Senior Coach.
- introductory to functional movement
- introduction to basic gymnastics
- introduction to weightlifting - including Olympic Lifting and powerlifting, as well as safe lifting over odd/awkward objects.
- further education and teaching of standard CrossFit and functional movements that are used in our regular classes
- free 30 minute assessment with our on-site Dr. Scapp Rehab and Performance Centre.
Over the course of these classes you will have the opportunity to:
- get to know our awesome staff
- meet some members of our community
- become familiar with our facility
- become familiar with the flow of our classes and setting
- have questions answered
This program also allows our Staff to get to know you - your goals, challenges, likes/dislikes about exercise and fitness, why you are coming to us and exactly what we can do to help you grow and and build a pathway to success for your individual goals!
