A. Push press 5x5 at 75% across all sets with :90 rest between sets

B. - Each couplet will have a :40/:20 work to rest ratio
- Goal is to complete the couplet in 3 minutes
- Rest 5:00 b/w couplets

1) 12-10-8
- Hang squat clean (135/95)
- Ring Dips

2) 21-15-9
- Wall balls
- Pull ups

3) 9-6-3
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull (135/95)
- Burpee box jumps
