In honour of Constable John Zivcic, Toronto Police, who passed away Monday December 2, 2013 from injuries sustained from an accident in the line of duty.

For time:

- 98 Double unders
- 24 Back squats (185/125) *May be taken from rack

    Today was a tough WOD - thought about John Zivcuc during the whole thing...it's amazing that wonderful people put their lives on the line everyday to keep us safe - THANKYOU to the police force and to our own CF officers - love you guys xoxox
