WOD:
3 Rounds, 1 Minute per station
- Row (calories)
- Ball Slams (30/20)
- Box Jumps
- Pull ups
- Push Press (75/55)
* After each full rotation rest 1 minute

    I have tried all kinds of combinations and strategies for maximizing my reps on FGB, but one thing remains the same whether you are doing 100 reps or 500 reps. The last round and especially the last 3 exercises will have you barfing up a lung.

    I will keep fighting to get that damn 300 reps... The carrot is hanging for me to grab!
