    This was a lung burner on the WOD, but the cumulative affect on my shoulders didn't register until half way through the 'bonus' round. Loved it!

    Good first day back in a week.... killed my 3s on OHS's! All I thought about during the KB snatch was poor Ashley having to do that at the games 100 times following 100 wbs and 100 pullups and 100 pistols.... Got me through belly aching about 50... hee hee.
