    I was looking back at my clean PR a year ago and it was 85lbs...today my PR was 115lb! Feeling stronger - thanks for all the tips and encouragement today Ash...LOVE IT!!!!

    Well, spending an hour on Saturday working on cleans with Justin paid off. 25 lbs increase since the last time we did a max-clean session! And, I liked this WOD! All these wall-balls... something tells me Karen might be coming.... Miserable Mary, got your country playlist ready??
