- 15 Ball Slams
- 10 Overhead Squats (95/65)
* 5 Burpees every 3 minutes during WOD

    Today I watched Dan B. PR his FS by 15lbs and I am quite sure he had another 15 in him, but we ran out of time. Impressive!!
