    Farmers Carrys,......Yeah Baby! Guy at the "carwash" next door said,..."yeah, but can you do that with a smoke hanging out of your mouth",....nice. How do you blast yesterday's Heavy 3's of Front Squat out of your hips and legs,....do a bunch of Squat Cleans the next day.
