    This was a tough one, especially on day 4 of the comeback. Best thing about 75 T2B on a Thursday? Don't have to do T2B on Friday!!

    After a month off four days off has kicked my ass. Body definitely feeling it tonight buuuuuuut I kinda like it hahaha love this place....great to see a lot of people back and that a ton of new people are coming in...the word is out our trainers are the best.......Crossfit St Catharines bigger better best!!!!!!

    Love that you can really measure your results! Haven't done Dead Lift 7's before...but just smoked my Deadlift 5 PR!
